About Us

Teresa Hickman has been baking and cooking for family and friends since she learned from her mother as a child. As a sufferer of oral allergy syndrome, Teresa understands the inconvenience of food allergies. That’s why she’s dedicated to making wholesome, delicious treats in a dedicated gluten-free facility and takes the greatest precaution to prevent cross contamination of other ingredients.

Teresa’s personal philosophy is “There’s no reason why a person who is gluten free should not have good food.” She challenges herself to create foods that are so good no one would know they are gluten free.
